How it all Happens

First, we’ll have a chat about the scope of your project.

If you’ve sent a brief, I’ll get back to you with a few basic recommendations.

If not, I’ll send a Brief Form (which we could discuss over the phone, if you prefer).

If everything sounds okay, I’ll submit my proposal.

This will cover the extent of the project with specific Deliverables, the Timescale, and a full Quote for my services. The Proposal will also contain my Terms & Conditions and form a contract for the project.

A meeting to initiate the work can then be scheduled: essentially a short interview for research purposes.

At this stage, I’ll be able to compose the Copy and submit my first
draft for your feedback. I’ll also enclose general Feedback Guidelines – to
enable smooth revisions for launching the copy, as your new promotional
material.

My terms cover up to two rounds of revisions. Once you’re satisfied with my work, I’ll forward the invoice.

The copyright for my copywriting transfers to your business/organisation upon
receipt of payment.
